Projects, projects, projects..
I've been working on some different projects, some in 3D (like the kitchen, which I'm been working on, now and then, for a little over a month and is now near completion) and a bunch of other projects.
But now I'm starting two new projects in 3D (I may be better at starting projects than finishing them, but these I'm going to finish.. =?D ):
Project 1: Create a playroom with all the toys etc. As in my other projects, the goal is to modell everything myself, which means that this may be a long running project. The idea is also to create some sort of animation at the end.
Project 2: Modell every camera I have (Right now I have 16 cameras of varying models and ages). This is a project that will take a long time, but it should be pretty managable, as it's 16 "sub-projects".
The goals with these projects is too practice my modeling skills (and of course texturing skills etc) and to create material for my portfolio. I will of course use Blender 3D to model and most likely Octane renderer to create the final images.
I'll try to update the blog with progress reports as time goes.
As I have no real idea what I'll do after the summer, I might get a lot of time to spend on these projects (and I might get almost no time at all, but that's very, very unlikely).
First Camera - WIP
I figured that, as long as I'm posting I can post some info on the first camera.
I'll be modelling my dads old Sankyo Sound XL-602, the only Video camera in my collection. I've only done the front, with the lens so far:
So far it has been realy fun to model, and I'm looking forward to doing the rest.
As always: comments are welcome!
